Our Church Christmas Program

I know this is late, but here are some pictures from our Church Christmas Program which was held on Sunday evening, December 21.
Here's one of the scenes from one of the practice sessions.
Here, the Three Wise Men (Dad, Steve Aurand, and Jim Bair) have met up with Herod (Me). At this point, I was getting rather frustrated over the whole situation.

In this scene, I believe the Angel (Joel Sickler) is telling Joseph (Adam Sickler) to take Mary and Jesus to Egypt.

Here's King Herod when he was angry at the Wise Men for not returning - yes, that is a sword!

This would have been shortly before I "died." I think there were some people that were surprised by that scene in the program.

Here's Mary (Angela Sickler) and Joseph - I believe they were getting ready to leave for Egypt at this point. If you look to the far left of this picture, you will see our narrator extraordinaire (my Mother).

Here's the program MC Dean Sickler - that's Hannah Sickler setting up a small Nativity Scene.

Here's our Church string trio (Angela, Serena and Julia Sickler) - it's usually a string duet, but Julia was able to be here for the program.

Here's part of the Church Choir - there was another song with more people in the choir, but I don't have any pictures of that - probably because one of the photographers was in the choir!

This was a very nice, old-fashioned Christmas program.
